My first entrepreneurial venture La Fierărie – PUB Boem was born in 2008, a business that is growing steady, although as of 2022, I am no longer a partner.
I was head-hunted for the partnership; initially I was not interested to invest financially, but I later I figured it made sense to.
La Fierărie – PUB Boem it was the business that allowed me to put all my skills to good use. To an overwhelming extent, more than 90%, the La Fierărie PUB BOEM concept is my first trademark.
With its premises in disarray, I physically took over the restoration, personally taking care of the renovation and interior design. With the help of a marketing campaign I created from scratch, I worked on the trademark, branding, copywriting, promotional texts, organization of events, launches, etc. La Fierărie – PUB Boem became an emblematic location for the city of Suceava, a Sadovenian old inn where friends would meet to tell stories, listen to live music and feel part of a great community, that of a small town that grows to vast proportions thanks to the hearts of the people.
Our pub has hosted over 700 events, pushing me to evolve in many acts: marketer, PR and event organizer, manager, developer and a man of culture.
TALCIOC CULTURAL
Teaming up with the same associates, I launched Talcioc Cultural, an underground, less-than-formal club that would take our pub’s concept to new dimensions. As the number of events increased, so did the number of participants: we managed acts with over 600 people.
We felt we had reached our peak with Talcioc Cultural, maybe we did. However, maintaining a startup on a recovering economic background was not as profitable as expected, and after two years of operations, we decided it was best to draw the line and benefit from the hard-earned
