I got a chance to feel astonished by Dubai’s architecture since I was travelling back and forth to Tokyo, in 2013. However, that admiration skyrocketed to new levels once I moved here in 2018, and I manufactured the opportunity to explore its insights as professional real estate consultant.
Dubai is the land of all opportunities because it does not sleep when facing illegal acts: one cannot become a freelance real estate agent. One can join a licensed company, and, once they have attended and graduated the state training course – Real Estate Regulatory Agency, they can consider themselves legal to work in the market.
My entrepreneurial approach, innovative spirit, curiosity and mindset helped me evolve within the real estate agency I worked for, an agency that was a fertile ground to learning the needs of the market and appreciate the agents’ abilities to outperform. Over time I gathered enough market experience which led to my independence, and now I have my own real estate agency in Dubai.
