I’ve been passionate about technology since I was a teenager, but the computer technology penetrated Eastern Europe later on, so coding was unheard of. Out of a desire to innovate in the field of IT, I knew I had to learn how programmers think.
Elefin, The Cashflow Therapy app, was born out of the need for transparent cash flow management in the companies with which I was associated. The app replaces the centralization of cash flow, previously carried out in Excel files, with a system that, at the touch of a button, allows you to find out the cash flow of your business.
The application does not replace the work of an accountant, but simply centralizes all the information that goes into accounting.
With this application we entered the top of the most innovative companies in Romania, winning EuroCloud awards, both national and European.
As the old-timer saying goes, “Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” I believe we are built to excel – we just have to find the field and team that suits us.
I conceived and implemented my theory of effective management in 2011 with the aim to boost performance in teams. I called it Perspective Management and it focuses on the personal and professional growth and development of each employee, providing the opportunity for increased income and recognition through improved function-specific operations and work tasks.
This system is based on self-assumed responsibilities that we have grouped into 12 pyramidally arranged steps. Each step involves a set of responsibilities that every employee must take on and fulfil, should they want to grow in the company.
Each step is compensated cumulatively on a percentage basis, starting at 1% for the first step, continuing with 2% and so on, to finish at 12% for the last step.[E1] [MBP2] The employees are the heart of each organization and making them fall in love with their work time and time again has tremendous benefits for the future of your business.
