No. #44447), therefore I am obliged to use standardized contracts drawn up by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in Dubai, documents made in accordance with the international laws. Thus, the clients who sign RERA standardized contracts are assured that there are no dishonest clauses and that their interests are protected by the association
